25 Double Unders
155#/105# Locked-out overhead presses, 5 reps
10 burpees

*Presses can be any variation of press (i.e. shoulder press, push press, push jerk, behind-the-head jerk, split jerk…) as long as the weight is locked-out overhead with an active shrug and full hip extension.
