* Teams of three will complete all 100 reps before moving on to the next exercise; only one team member is allowed to work toward the task at a time completing 10 reps while the other two team members are resting. The next team member will complete 10 reps then rest, and the third team member will complete 10 reps repeating this order until all 100 reps are completed. Teams will then move on to the next exercise until all 5 exercises are completed.
