Classes will be held today at 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, 10 am and 1 pm. There is NO CHILDCARE available today.
Also, please look at the schedule page for new class times and cancellations for this week. On-Ramp Classes must be scheduled with a trainer after Tuesday this week due to schedule conflicts. There are also no 6 and 7 am classes on Thursday, June 3rd.
Today is a REST DAY but in honor of our troops who sacrifice their lives for our freedom, everyone is encouraged to participate in today’s HERO WOD. The trainers will all be doing today’s WOD on their rest day so those on the 3 on, 1 off cycle are also encouraged to participate today.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
This workout was one of Mike’s favorites and he’d named it “Body Armor”. It is now referred to as “Murph” in honor of the focused warrior and great American who wanted nothing more in life than to serve this great country and the beautiful people who make it what it is.
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
There is a 10 am WOD today. There will be classes at 6 am, 7 am, 10 am and 1 pm on Monday (Memorial Day).
