Congratulations to Coach Danielle and her husband Mike on the birth of their second child!  Eli Patrick Taylor was born at 3:46 am on Wednesday.  He was 7 lb  12.5 oz and 20.5″ long.   Rumor has it that after asking to hold her new baby boy, she asked to hold a barbell.  That is only speculation…

- Jerks are from rack
- start first 6 min of 20 min with approximately 50% of 1RM and work up off feel
- Do not exceed 60% of 1RM
