The 30-Day Team Paleo Challenge starts Monday, October 8th.  Grab a partner and get ready for the Team Test-in WOD on Tuesday, October 9th.  $50 per participant and the top 3 teams will split the $$!  Bring a bucket on Tuesday.

15 min EMOM
5 min 3 x TNG power clean
5 min 2 x TNG power clean
5 min 1 power clean
