The 30-Day Team Paleo Challenge begins today!  You will be able to do the WOD in any of the classes today.

“30-Day Team Paleo Challenge WOD”
20 min amrap
3 rds of:
25 Wallball 14/8
25 Burpees (to plate)

3 rds of
25 Calorie Row
25 Push press 45# barbell

3 rds of:
25 Ground to overhead 14/8
– standing back to back, partner will touch ball to ground and hand overhead to partner
25 Lunge steps

- partition reps as needed between partners
– once you finish all 3 couplets, repeat
Work hard for 20 min people!  Loads of ca$h and more importantly health and wellness are on the line!
