On-Ramp (6-class course) – $165
This is a mandatory 6 class introduction to CrossFit. You will learn the 9 essential exercises of CrossFit, including the air squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, medicine ball clean, deadlift and sumo-deadlift high-pull. In addition, our On-Ramp program will introduce our new members to technical lifts such as the clean & jerk and snatch. We will also focus on kipping, kettlebells, skill progression and proper warm-up. It is our goal to give new members the opportunity to ramp-up their fitness conditioning so that feel comfortable and confident when starting classes with our current members. There will be a workout at the end of each class. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays times at 9 am and 630 pm. There is also a class at 9 am on Saturdays. Personal Training – $65 per session
Personal training sessions are available by appointment only and last 1 hour.
8 class pass – $110
All 8 classes must be used within the month purchased. Most athletes choose to come 2 days per week with this option.
12 class pass – $140
All 12 classes must be used within the month purchased. Most athletes choose to come 3 days per week with this option.
Unlimited class pass- $165
The unlimited option gives you access to all classes for an entire month.
Unlimited class pass for 2 – $290
- This pass allows couples to train unlimited for within the month purchased.
Drop-ins – $20 per session
Drop-in athletes must pay $20 per visit.
Nutritional Counseling – $60 per session
*20% discount to military, law enforcement and firefighters
